Prepare for an Appointment

If you are a first-time patient, please review Registering as a New Patient.

The best way to prepare for your appointment is to bring a list of questions with you. Plan on arriving about 30 minutes early for new patient appointments and about 15 minutes early for follow-up visits.

Be sure to bring with you:

• Any films, including x-rays, CAT scans, bone scans, PET scans, or other radiology information; actual films are best
• All available medical records
• Your completed paperwork
